Millennium Development Goal 8 - First Progress report by Belgium

Five years after the Millennium Declaration and following the example of
the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway (among others), Belgium is offering
an account of how our country is working to fulfil Millennium
Development Goal 8, which calls for a "Global partnership for
development".

Belgium´s first progress report on its efforts to achieve the Millennium
Development Goals was prepared by the technical departments of the
